The automatic double worm separating system was developed for filling mincer machines with automatic removal of the separating material. The double worm separator makes the production of portioned products such as minced meat without START/ STOP at high speed and weight-accurate. The separating system is suitable for cutting raw materials onto fine or coarse end plates with hole diameters of d = 1.5 mm to 8 mm. The use of the separating system showed very good results. Due to the stepless operation of the double worm separator, a highly accurate weight portioning on the filling machine is possible. The separating system has a simple electrical operation, works fully automatic and is infinitely adjustable for setting the quality requirements of the final product.
